| How do I order a gift subscription? |
Ordering a gift subscription is very similar to ordering a normal subscription. Simply choose the gift subscription option and you will be prompted to give us the delivery details of the recipient as well as your details. You will receive confirmation of your order, the term, the initial payment amount, delivery details and your personal customer number to be quoted should you have any queries. Christmas gift subscriptions (ordered before the stated date on the offer details) include a gift card for you to send to the recipient. Please note that no correspondence will be sent to the subscription recipient announcing the start date of the subscription, so the element of surprise will be left entirely up to you! |

| When will money be taken out of my account? |
If you pay by direct debit, then money will be taken out of your account according to the term agreed. The first direct debit payment will be indicated in your subscription acknowledgement letter, which will typically take up to 10 days to be delivered from the date you placed your order. Trial offer payments are taken from your account typically within 2 to 3 days of order confirmation. If you would like to know the exact dates that money is due to be taken from your account, then please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. Standard (ie non-trial) Direct Debit subscription rates are fixed for one year, after which they are subject to change. We will inform you of any changes to your payment amounts. Please note that subscription gifts are not despatched until payment has successfully been processed. |

| How long does it take for my magazine subscription to be delivered? |
Your first issue can take up to 6 weeks to arrive after the initial order, although it is often sooner than this. Subsequent issue delivery times vary depending on your location and the magazine you have subscribed to. For UK subscribers we strive to deliver all monthly magazines on or before the publication date and weekly magazines on the publication date. Overseas subscribers will receive their copies dependent on shipping method and location – please contact customer services for details specific to your subscription. Please note that sometimes, due to logistics out of our control, we cannot guarantee you will receive your magazine when we expect. In this instance we will always endeavour to get your copy to you as soon as possible and if for some reason the copy cannot be delivered, we will arrange a refund for the cost of that issue or extend your subscription by a copy. |

Gifts typically take 28 days to be delivered, and can sometimes arrive before the delivery of your first issue. |

| How do you acknowledge my subscription order? |
You should receive a welcome letter from us within 10 days of placing your order, confirming the term, price, delivery address and your subscriber reference number to use in case of any queries. Online orders will initially receive an email acknowledgement of order, then the welcome letter as per all other orders. |

| How do I renew my subscription? |
Direct Debit and continuous credit card are regular, continuous payment methods and subscriptions set up on these methods will renew automatically unless cancelled. These continuous payment prices are valid for one year, after which they are subject to increase. We will write to inform you of any increase in your subscription price. Single term payment methods (cash, credit card, debit card, cheque) require action from you in order to renew for a further term. We typically send you letters throughout the course of you subscription, detailing the offers available to you for renewing your subscription. Please follow the instructions on the letters to complete the renewal process. If your subscription has already lapsed, and you would like to start receiving your magazine again, please contact our customer service team for the latest offers and discounts. |
