A. A subscription is an agreement between Haymarket Publishing and you, the customer, to periodically receive a magazine chosen and paid for by you. The magazine is delivered to the address of your choice, often before the magazine goes on general sale, saving you the time and effort of buying a copy in the shops.

Subscribing to one of our magazines couldn't be easier. We have a number of order methods so simply choose the one that suits you best:

- • Complete one of the subscription order forms or inserts from within our magazines and send it to the freepost address on the form

You will receive confirmation of your order detailing the term length, the initial payment amount, delivery address and your personal customer number to be quoted should you have any queries.
Overseas copies are either sent by air-freight or sea-freight and estimated delivery times are often affected by local postal conditions. For more details specific to your country of delivery please contact customer services on the numbers above.
Q. Can I order more than one subscription?
A. You are welcome to subscribe to as many of our magazines as you wish, and buying a subscription as a gift for a friend or loved one is a very simple process. You can use this website to find out more about the style and content of each of our magazines, or you can contact our customer service team for advice on titles appropriate to your requirements. Ordering a gift
Ordering a gift subscription is very similar to ordering a normal subscription. Simply choose the gift subscription option and you will be prompted to give us the delivery details of the recipient as well as your details. You will receive confirmation of your order, the term, the initial payment amount, delivery details and your personal customer number to be quoted should you have any queries.
Christmas gift subscriptions (ordered before the stated date on the offer details) include a gift card for you to send to the recipient. Please note that no correspondence will be sent to the subscription recipient announcing the start date of the subscription, so the element of surprise will be left entirely up to you!
Order Acknowledgement
You will receive a welcome letter from us within 10 days of placing your order, confirming the term, price, delivery address and your subscriber reference number to use in case of any queries. Online orders will initially receive an email acknowledgement of order, then the welcome letter as per all other orders.
