1. In order to enter the prize draw, entrants must place a subscription to the Official England Programme by 30th September 2008.

2. Only one prize draw entry per subscription order placed. The FA reserves the right to disregard multiple entries from the same entrant.

3. The winner will be selected at random from all subscription orders placed by the closing date and this will be witnessed by an independent observer.

4. The winner will be notified as soon as is practicable after the closing date and in any event within 28 days. If you want to receive details of the winner this can be supplied by sending a stamped addressed envelope to England Programme Subscriptions, The Football Association Limited (“The FA”) of 25 Soho Square, London W1D 4FA.

5. If the Promoter cannot contact the winner within 28 days, another winner will be selected at random.

6. Entrants must be based in the Great Britain and over 18 years of age. Employees of The FA, Wembley National Stadium Limited and Haymarket Media Group and members of their immediate families are not permitted to enter the Prize Draw.

7. When subscribing to the Official England Programme you must provide your first name, last name, email address and mobile number, otherwise your entry to the Prize Draw will be invalid.

8. The FA and its agents will use the information that you provide to process the Prize Draw and may publish the winner’s name and town of residence on The FA website and ask the winner to participate in publicity. The F.A. may send you FA related information from time to time.  In the event that you do not wish to receive this information please e-mail us at unsubscribe@TheFA.com. Please check The FA website for details of The FA’s privacy policy.

9. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be sold on. Any transfer, offer for sale or auction will render the Prize void.

10. No change will be made to the Prize specified. There is no cash alternative.

11. The Promoter will not be liable if the prize does not reach the prize winner for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter or if the Prize is damaged during delivery.

12. The promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of this Prize except with the Prize winner.

13. Any entry will be void if the Promoter deems it incomplete, illegible or has been made by an ineligible person.

14. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

15. By subscribing to receive the Official England Programme to enter the Prize Draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
